REAL WEBSITE METADATA

Check your page.

Inspect what the HTML really contains, separate missing SEO tags from social-media fallback text, and get useful fixes.

Up to 30 free URL checks per IP per day

Public pages only. The backend refuses private IP addresses and does not store your results as indexable pages.

REAL HTML / HONEST FINDINGS

Know what your page is saying.

Paste a URL to reveal source metadata, diagnose missing tags and preview search-result copy.

Check what is actually on the page.

This free tool uses MediaHarvester to inspect the HTML title, raw description, canonical URL, document language and separate social tags. Missing HTML tags remain marked missing even if a social field supplies fallback text.

01Enter a public URL

Use a homepage, product page or article.

02Examine source evidence

Separate raw HTML tags from Open Graph and Twitter metadata.

03Refine and export

Try a snippet mockup, copy the summary and download the JSON report.

Know the limitations.

Do I need to sign up?

No. You can inspect up to 30 public URLs per IP each UTC day without an account when the service is configured.

Does a social description count as a meta description?

No. We show the raw meta name=description field separately. An Open Graph or Twitter description is labeled as a fallback, not proof of the tag being present.

Does this tool verify robots indexing rules?

Not yet. The current MediaHarvester metadata API does not return the robots directives. The result explicitly says they are unverified rather than assuming indexability.

Are Google snippet lengths fixed?

No. Search engines can generate or rewrite search snippets. The mockup is illustrative and does not guarantee what will appear or where the page ranks.
